Model number: LB7.04.

Description: Two 3.5 mm stereo jacks.

Applications: Use for headphone circuits or general audio signal wiring.

Features: One jack (the lower one) has sites for optional attenuators. This feature is disabled on manufacture since SJ1 and SJ2 are normally shorted solder blob jumpers. Remove the shorts with a small knife to add attenuation components.

The terminals are labelled with the usual stereo channel assignments: tip is right, mid-barrel is left.
