3 Volt cell Li'lBoard page.

Model number: LB2.05.

Description: Use a CR2016 through CR2032 size Lithium cell to power your circuit.

Applications: Use wherever a 3 V cell can supply enough power for your circuit. Two CR2016s can be installed to obtain 6 V when desired.

Features: The voltage can be switched off-board if desired, or a solder blob can short the switch terminal pads.

Restrictions:
•The cell holder extends beyond the left and right sides of the board.
•Don't expect much current from a CR2032 cell: the average current draw should be kept well below 1 mA to have a reasonable lifetime. The usual rating for a CR2032 is 225 mAhr, so 1 mA would only last a nominal 225 hr, or about 9 days. A CR2016 has a 80-90 mAhr rating.
