Description: A pair of medium-power complimentary FETs, each can be driven by a lower power FET to achieve inversion as required.
Applications: Use to control low to medium voltage, medium power dc loads.
Features:
•Can mount either the “D-Pak” or TO-220 cases. TO-220 packages may be mounted to a heat sink.
•Can work with transistors of the same polarities since the two sites are identical (in this type of application it is best to re-label the i/o pads!) A furthur option in that case is that the two transistors could be wired in parallel since FETs generally work well in parallel.
•If complementary pairs are installed, they can be used as a push-pull driver with appropriate input coupling.
Restrictions:
•Keep the FET voltages less than 50 V with the default devices;
•Always ensure that the Gate voltages never exceed +/- 20 V
